As a parent of a child with disabilities, I often felt overwhelmed and unsure how to advocate effectively for my child at school. Working with KJC Consulting completely changed that experience. Krystle took the time to truly listen to our concerns, our hopes, and our child’s unique strengths. She helped us understand what supports were available and collaborated closely with the school to create a thoughtful, individualized plan that actually worked in the classroom. For the first time, we felt like true partners in our child’s education. Our child felt seen, supported, and more confident—and so did we. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our child’s success.
Partnering with KJC Consulting was an invaluable experience for our grade-level team. Krystle worked alongside us to thoughtfully support a student with complex learning needs, helping us move from uncertainty to clarity. She collaborated with specialists, teachers, and the family to design a strengths-based plan that was both realistic and impactful. Her ability to support the whole team—while keeping the child at the center—made a lasting difference in our practice. Not only did the student thrive, but our team gained tools, confidence, and a shared vision for inclusive instruction that will continue to shape our work moving forward.
The MTSS workshop led by Krystle was both practical and deeply affirming of the work we do as educators. Krystle helped our team rethink MTSS not as an extra layer of work, but as a framework for supporting all learners more intentionally. Through concrete examples and collaborative planning, we learned how to build accommodations into our instruction in ways that benefited every child—not just those with identified needs. Teachers left with strategies they could implement immediately and a renewed confidence in their ability to create inclusive, responsive classrooms. This workshop shifted our mindset and strengthened our collective practice.
