KJC Consulting partners with schools and districts to strengthen systems that support neurodivergent learners, including students who are gifted, autistic, ADHD, and twice exceptional. This work is collaborative, strategic, and grounded in both research and real-world educational practice.
Together, we assess current practices, identify strengths and gaps, and design sustainable, inclusive systems that support students across classrooms, schools, and districts. Consulting services are tailored to each context and may include policy development, program design, staff coaching, MTSS alignment, and long-term planning that ensures support structures are cohesive, equitable, and effective.
The goal of school and district consulting is to move beyond isolated interventions and toward systems-level change that empowers educators, supports families, and creates environments where all learners can thrive.
