At KJC Consulting, I specialize in supporting learners who are gifted and twice exceptional (2E)—students who demonstrate high ability while also navigating learning, emotional, or executive functioning challenges. These learners often experience misunderstood or uneven profiles, making thoughtful, individualized support essential.
I work closely with families and schools to help them understand the unique strengths and challenges of 2E learners and to design responsive, strengths-based supports. Together, we develop programming and plans that nurture talent, support emotional well-being, and address learning and executive functioning needs across settings.
Support may include student profile analysis, family and school consultation, advocacy support for IEP's and 504's, and the development of practical strategies that promote both challenge and support—ensuring students feel seen, understood, and appropriately supported.
