KJC Consulting is a neurodiversity-centered coaching and consulting practice led by Dr. Krystle Jalalian-Chursky. I partner with families, teachers, administrators, and school districts to support the holistic success of neurodivergent learners—including students who are gifted, autistic, have ADHD, and those with learning disabilities.
My work is grounded in a whole-child and whole-family approach, recognizing that meaningful growth happens when students, caregivers, and educators are supported together. Through individualized parent coaching, professional development for teachers and administrators, and strategic guidance for schools and districts, KJC Consulting helps create inclusive learning environments where every student’s strengths are recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.
Our Logo & What It Represents
The KJC Consulting logo was intentionally designed to reflect our commitment to supporting the whole child within the context of family and school. Every element represents connection, growth, and strength-based support for neurodiverse learners.
At the center of the logo is a simple, abstract child figure, symbolizing the whole child—honoring each learner’s unique strengths, needs, and potential. Surrounding the child are two larger, supportive forms, representing the family and school working together in partnership. This design reflects our belief that meaningful growth happens when caregivers and educators collaborate in support of the child.
The circular and interlocking shapes symbolize connection, inclusion, and continuity—highlighting the shared responsibility and ongoing relationship between families and schools. Beneath the child is a subtle upward arc and leaf, representing growth, hope, and a strengths-based approach that nurtures development over time.
The color palette further reinforces these values:
Soft blue represents trust, calm, and safety
Teal and green reflect growth, balance, and inclusivity
Warm gold symbolizes strengths, giftedness, and hope
Together, the logo embodies KJC Consulting’s mission to provide whole-child, whole-family, and whole-school support, creating environments where neurodiverse learners are understood, valued, and empowered to thrive.
